Pal Jung Do System Stage1

The Pal Jung Do system forms the key stone of the Mudo Academy teaching.  These forms ask the practitioner to work to a high technical standard whilst improving physical health and developing cognizance of the purpose of traditional Martial Art.  The Pal Jung Do system in its entirety works to scaffold mental, physical and spiritual development of the students.
